Meeting Minutes  

 

Monday, October 13, 2008

  • Everyone signed the Student Activities form for LPH…we're official now
  • Wendy reviewed the planning meeting on Friday night, 10/10/2008
  • LPH agreed to co-sponsor the event, and contribute some funds
  • Specific members will talk to Comm Students/our classes to let people know they can come out to PCAA event that will be happening on November 7, Upper Main Place, 6:30-9 pm
  • Volunteers? Sponsors? Money?
  • Ideas for bulletin board
    • -update info, put up new forms, put pictures up of events as well as members of LPH this year
  • Change room?-new meeting spot
  • Other upcoming events we could think about doing
    • -service projects? Workshops? Fundraisers?
  • Next meeting will be: November 4, 2008 at 5pm in CA 125 (if a problem because of voting all day then meeting will be changed to October 28, 2008 at noon)

Note:  We are alternating meeting times between Mondays at 12 and Tuesdays at 5 to hopefully accommodate different schedules!
