PCAA Kickoff
To be held at 716 Fine Art Gallery in Racine. The address is: 401 Main Street Racine, WI. The dress code will be business casual. The invitations will say to be there at 6:00-6:30pm. The event will run till 9:00pm.

Jeannine is going to get decorations. She and David will email invites to the alumni, LPH members, PAC members and Communication majors. When guests come in the door, they will sign in and/or get a name tag, and then go to the computer and sign up for the alumni association if they choose to do so. David is working on internet connection for that. We are bringing a banquet table. Jeannine may borrow taller cocktail tables from her dad.

The food will be fruit tray, veggie tray, cheese and sausage platter, and finger food (such as chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, cheesy bread, etc). Beverages will be soda or punch and wine. David is making sure the bartenders are licensed, and David and Jeannine are working on the permission slip for out of school events in order to have alcohol. Most of us will be over 21, and the bartenders can card everyone.

LPH members will be there at 4:00-4:30 in order to set-up the event.
