Spring Celebration

We discussed the spring celebration, coming up with some suggestions for next year's event.

Next year's activities

Ka recommended planning a social event in the Den as the second event of the fall to get people involved before they get busy with other activities.

Several members thought we should definitely continue the alumni event.

If we continue having a finals coffee break, this is most successful the week before finals, not the week of finals.

Sue Connor of GRE would be willing to come next year, since we did not end up scheduling a workshop this year.

Elections

Kim Maika was elected President for next year, and Jill Kroll was elected Vice President, to ensure continuity. We will elected a new Treasurer and Secretary at the first fall meeting.

Next meeting

We will meet as early as possible in the fall, depending on when Computer Networking can get Wendy the list of who is eligible.
