About UW-P Home
UW-Parkside is proud to be the most diverse campus in the UW-System and is committed to cultural enrichment and the celebration throughout the year of cultural achievements and contributions.
The Office of Diversity and Inclusion collaborates with students, faculty, administrators, staff and members of the surrounding community to promote and implement the University of Wisconsin-Parkside's mission and strategic diversity and inclusion initiatives.
The Office of Multicultural Student Affairs (OMSA) is committed to the recruitment, retention, and graduation of underrepresented students. Its mission: Connect, Empower, Develop, students for Success! OMSA pursues this goal through multiple cultural programs, academic workshops and mentoring services.
The LGBTQ Resource Center provides a safe, inclusive, and comfortable environment on campus for LGBTQ and allied students, faculty, staff, and community. The Center provides advocacy and support services as well as research and education to meet the unique needs of the targeted populations.
The Center for Ethnic Studies (CES) is an interdisciplinary program that places historically marginalized groups - American Indians, African Americans, Latinos/as and Asian Americans - at the center of academic inquiry. The CES critically examines race and ethnic inequality and power relations in the United States, including institutional racism and white privilege.
The Center for International Studies is responsible for coordinating all international activities at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. The center administers the international studies program, including a major and minor in international studies and a Global Skills Certificate and seeks to incorporate global perspectives into all aspects of the UW-Parkside curriculum.
The University Activities Office assists students in finding a variety of ways to get involved on campus through student organizations, leadership workshops, special programs, and event coordination.
