Next Steps

1. Activate your Ranger Account.
   IMPORTANT:
• Your UW-Parkside Login IN and Account Activation Pin has been provided to you on a green colored form called "Next Steps:Activate Your Account", located in your acceptance folder.
• Future correspondence, including a transfer credit summary, will be emailed to your RangerMail account (university email account)
2. Pay your enrollment deposit. The enrollment deposit can be paid on your SOLAR account with credit/debit card (VISA not accepted) or in person at the Cashier's Office, located in Wyllie Hall D193.
3. Take Placement Test
   
• ONLY required for students who have not taken English or Math equivalent courses at a prior institution.
• Students under the age of 21 years old can submit ACT scores (less the three years old) for placement if they have not taken English or Math placement at their prior institution.
4. Apply for Housing
5. Apply for Financial Aid
6. Sign-up for an orientation and registration session as explained in your acceptance letter.
• ROAR: required for students with fewer than 24 college level credits
• Transfer Transitions: required for students with 24 or more transferrable credits.
7. Send Final Transcripts
8. Begin Classes
