Fall 2003 Events

Next meeting: Monday, December 1, 12:00 in CA 133. This is our regular meeting day, time, and room. We generally meet every other week, but check each meeting's minutes for the next scheduled meeting.

Fundraiser: we held a bake sale on October 31, with a Halloween theme. It was a great success, as we raised $167!

Field trip: We have canceled the trip to Chicago on either November 8 because only 5 people were able to go.

Internship workshop: was held November 10, with Theresa Castor discussing internships generally, 5 interns briefly describing their projects from this fall or last summer.

Social event: we are inviting alumni to join current students for an evening, to tell us about their jobs, and answer questions about how they got them, and what they do. It will be December 5, 6:00pm to 9:00pm. It will be held at the Radisson in Pleasant Prairie. The admission is $2 for students, and $3 if you purchase two tickets. Sarah Moore and Tianna Sinnen are selling tickets, and you may also buy tickets at the door. efolio workshop: December 15, with Luke and Ray presenting their electronic portfolios prepared for Senior Seminar this fall.
