Spring 2003 Events

March 3, 12:00 CA 233: Discussion of service project guidelines (mentoring new or pending majors). (If you could not come to the workshop, but are interested in participating in
the service project, see Wendy Leeds-Hurwitz for a few names of new majors to mentor.) LPH members will be giving brief presentations in Comm 107 and 108 to let new majors
know about the possibility of being assigned a mentor.

March 31: Resume writing workshop, taught by Martha Nicks (UWP alumna), 12:00, CA 143. All majors invited; bring a copy of your resume.

April 4: Fieldtrip to Milwaukee (dinner at the African Hut, meeting with the PR director of theMilwaukee Repertory Theater, then attend "Rep in depth" discussion of the play, and
then attend opening night of The Mill on the Floss).

April 13: LPH Initiation (will be part of the Communication Department Student Celebration), 6:00 for food, 7:00 for the event, in the Union Cafeteria.

April 18: Alumni event (panel of alumni speakers, and social time), 6:00, Casa Capri. All alumni and current students invited.
