Why did you join Gamma Alpha Omega?

I joined Gamma because I like how the girls are involved in community service, and work with young girls/ladies to show the importance of school, grades, and getting involved in things. Also, I saw how close everyone is and I didn't have that with being 2 hours away from home. I liked how the ladies knew they would always have someone there whenever they needed someone. Also, it is nice to see how everyone contributes something different to the organization.

What has Gamma Alpha Omega done for you?

Gamma has helped me become more of a leader and more confident in myself and what I do. It has also helped me stay more organized and taught me time management.

Goals: My goals are to graduate college with a degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotions with a minor in Speech Communication. I also love to play sports and help out others.

Fondest GAO Memory?
One of my fondest memories was this summer when it was my first birthday without being at home with my family. Some of the ladies took me out to dinner and my line sisters got me an ice cream cake, balloon, and a card. It was nice to know that they were there for me when I couldn't be at home with my family.
