Absent- Coan-Henderleiter (Proxy: Jeff O’Brian), Foz, Goss, Jackson, Junion, Kirleis, Lee, Lucier Mays, Robertson, Scheeler, Slabik, Slocum, Singh, Vaughn (Proxy: Anna Jensen) .

            Motion by Wilson to change “Half of the entire Congress” to “Half of the entire active Senate”.  In Article III, Section 2A. 

            Motion by Surber to strike “Organizations proxies must be a member of that organization” from Article III, Section 2B.
