· Secretary’s note: as stated earlier I’m finding it almost impossible to make these minutes/notes as they should be. As they stand now they will not hold up to scrutiny if needed for reference in the future and I’m doing the best I possibly can. I’d like to say they will improve with time and as I learn names but it’s still unlikely that I will be able to hear all the information presented on the floor. I ask that we please keep the side chatter down during meetings I know it’s necessary to talk the person next to you but please for my sake try and do it a little quieter.
