Text Box: The E'woken dancers will perform with the band Strong Medicine. E'woken is a term grounded in the language of the Menominee Nation, inhabitants of this state for thousands of years. Strong Medicine's colorful presentation includes Native languages, culture, stories, legends and the sounds of blues, rock, country, and Pow Wow With each dance and song, you'll see demonstrations of grace, skill and precise movements--the results of years of practice. You'll also get an inside look at the symbolism and story line of the songs and dance regalia. Along the way, audience members can ask questions and some volunteers will get the chance to dance with the artists! music.
