Timothy Knautz, M.S.

Mr. Knautz received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and his Masters degree in Computer and Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.

After receiving his B.S. degree, Mr. Knautz began working as a computer professional in industry. Mr Knautz has been a System Administrator and Distribution Manager for Fluid Dynamics Intl. (Evanston, IL), a Software Engineer for Merge Technologies, Inc. (Milwaukee, WI) and a Software Engineer and Six Sigma Green Belt for General Electric Medical Systems (Milwaukee, WI).

After working in industry for 15 years, Mr. Knautz returned to academia as a Lecturer for the University of Wisconsin–Parkside’s Computer Science Department. He currently teaches the first year computer courses as well as all Web-related courses. He is the advisor for the Web Publishing Certificate.
