Area of Expertise: Mr. Cholak is a lecturer in accounting, business law, and real estate. He is also a practicing attorney with the firm of O'Connor, Alia & Mcternan S.C. in Kenosha, specializing in business and real estate law, and co-owner of Cove Realty LLC/Cove Custom Homes LLC, a company focusing on the sale and construction of residential housing. Mike previously worked for Snap-on Incorporated in Kenosha as a senior internal auditor, international financial analyst, manager of accounting services, and manager of financial planning; Ernst & Young in Milwaukee as a tax consultant; and Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Wisconsin as an auditor.

Professional Activities: Mike is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, AICPA, WICPA, Wisconsin Realtors Association, and National Association of Realtors.
