Jeremy Schreier

My name is Jeremy Schreier and I am a very proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin Parkside.  I graduated in December of 2011 with an undergrad degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. During my senior year I also successfully completed the Professional Sales Certificate program which instantly gave me a competitive advantage over other college graduates during my job search. Currently I am a Marketing Representative for Federated Mutual Insurance Company. I am the first University of Wisconsin Parkside graduate to become employed by Federated, but hopefully not the last. I credit this great accomplishment to the College of Business, Economics, and Computing which allowed me to stand out from the rest with a quality education and national sales competition experience.

The College of Business, Economics, and Computing played a significant role in the success I experienced during my search for employment as well as preparing me for the business world. The concepts and skills I was taught in the College of Business, Economics, and Computing have become invaluable to my success. I believe the true driving force behind my success at Parkside was the quality of the professors and staff. Professor Manion, Dr. Peter Knight, Professor Mcphaul, Professor Stoebe, Trudy Biehn, Dr. Gee along with several others went above and beyond in preparing me for the business world. Being a part of the College of Business, Economics, and Computing has given me life changing opportunities that few other schools could match.
