The Task Force to Improve Customer Service at UW-Parkside's Human Resources Department is asking for your help. Business Professor Abey Kuruvilla said this is a student project and that he is working with two graduate students on this effort.
As a part of the project, the task force has developed a survey to gauge employee perceptions and to make recommendations. UW-Parkside faculty and staff participation is critical to develop an improved HR Customer Service system, Kuruvilla stated in the recent email to campus.
The survey is available through Monday, May 28, and faculty and staff are asked to take the few minutes needed to complete this survey.
