Wisconsin Teaching Scholars are outstanding tenured faculty and experienced academic staff; Wisconsin Teaching Fellows are outstanding early-career, untenured faculty and teaching academic staff. Candidates must be exceptional teachers who publicly share their expertise and demonstrate leadership. Each participant undertakes a significant Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) project, records the project's progress on an electronic poster, and disseminates the results in public forums. Professor Crafton and Professor Bahmani receive $4,000 in financial support from UW-Parkside and a $500 S&E grant from the UW System's Office of Professional and Instructional Development. There's also news about current UW-Parkside Wisconsin Teaching Scholar Megan Mullen and Wisconsin Teaching Fellow Claire Hicks.
