We Can Help You Pursue Volunteer Opportunities

The UW-P Volunteer Program is on Facebook. Check it out!

Volunteer!

University of Wisconsin-Parkside students are given the opportunity to apply skills, interests, and academic learning to real-life experience through the UW-Parkside Volunteer Program. You can learn first hand about domestic violence, illiteracy, drug and alcohol problems, juvenile delinquency, terminal illness, physical therapy, pathology, business management techniques and many other topics.

Why

There are many reasons to volunteer. You can give back to the community, gain valuable experience, make a positive mark on society, feel good about yourself and have fun all at the same time.

Where

We have relationships with more than 100 local agencies and organizations that provide opportunities to our students. We have two categories of volunteer experience. One is for one-time special events such as a fundraiser or sporting event. The other is for regular or ongoing volunteer experiences.

The Volunteer Program sponsors annual events such as Involvement Fair, Make a Difference Day, Into the Streets and Hunger Cleanup.

How

Even though all of our volunteer opportunities are posted on RangerTrak for your review, the Volunteer Program will personally help match your interests with specific community needs.
