Ranger Link: Job Shadowing Experience

Monday May 16th to Thursday June 30th.

Ranger Link is a new program that allows employers to connect with UW-Parkside and our talented students.

Benefits for Employers:

• A great recruiting tool - An externship provides employers the opportunity to meet and identify
  potential candidates for future hiring
• Exposure of organizations and industry to students - An externship gives employers the
  chance to educate first-hand future workers about any misconceptions about type of work or
  industry
• Provide opportunity for students- Hosting an externship will give students realworld experience
  that may not otherwise be given
• Connect with students - Connect with potential future employees and UW-Parkside
