Who Do You Know

The title "Who Do You Know?"comes from the criteria used to invite submissions for show. UW-Parksideart faculty invited three artists they knew to be in the show. The artists are friends from grad school, colleagues from other universities, and family members--more than 25 exhibiting artists from throughout the country. "This promises to be one of the most eclectic shows the university has held in recent years", said Associate Professor of Art and gallery coordinator Trenton Baylor. "The work ranges from sculpture,oilpainting, and prints, to ceramics, bookbinding, and digital media. There is no specific theme for this show, so there will be great a variety in subject matter and materials."
