Ceramics

Within the area of Ceramics, students are introduced to aesthetic concepts and technical methods involved in creating works in clay. Thorough studies of historical and contemporary developments in ceramics is integrated. Students are free to choose between an emphasis in sculptural or pottery processes as they proceed through upper-division courses.
