Portfolio reviews are required for acceptance into a concentration. The only exception is receiving an 'A' in all the of the core art courses in addition to the first 200 level course in their chosen concentration. The Portfolio Review falls in October in the fall semester and February in the spring semester. The student must submit their works at the Portfolio Review the first semester after they have completed the required courses as stated above. Failure to successfully complete a portfolio review may jeopardize a student's ability to register for 400 level classes. An art student cannot graduate with a concentration without completing the portfolio review.
