Pick-Up: With 24 hours notice, customer pick-up round trip:
  • 0 - 25 miles: Free
  • 25 - 35 miles: $10
  • 36+ miles: $20 and based on staffing availability
Delivery: With 24 hours notice, vehicle delivery round trip:
  • 0 - 10 miles: Free
  • 11 - 35 miles: $25
  • 36 - 60 miles: $50
  • 60+ miles: $75 and based on availability

*Vehicles must be returned to the renting branch.

Early Pick-Up
  • Monday evening - Friday evening: Free
  • On Saturday (for Monday rental), if open and during business hours: $30
  • On Friday (for Monday rental), one hour before closing: $40
  • Additional charges for Friday or Saturday will include insurance coverage for official state business only
  • Full vehicle rental charges will begin on the needed rental day at 7:30 a.m.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - U.S./Puerto Rico/District of Columbia:

Young Renter: Minimum rental age at most locations is 18 for travelers renting vehicles for official business purposes. No additional charges will be assessed for youthful drivers. Drivers of 12- and 15-passenger vans must be at least 25 years of age.

Mileage Surcharge: All vehicle classes include unlimited free miles per day, unlimited free miles per week, and 2500 free miles per month. Any additional miles will be charged at a rate of $0.20 per mile.

One-Day Surcharges: Are waived for one-day rentals.

One-Way Fee: No additional fees for one-way rentals within 500 miles of renting location. For one-ways greater than 500 miles, a flat rate of $65.00 per day will be charged.

Exclusions: Base Rental Rates do not include applicable taxes, surcharges, refueling, or delivery charges.

Roadside Assistance: Toll free number 800-307-6666. Note: Roadside assistance or roadside assistance protection should not be purchased as the cost is typically not UW payable/reimbursable.
