Whether ordering moves/changes, or new telephone lines, be sure to list all telecommunications equipment involved with the line(s). We need to know if you use any of the following equipment: ISDN systems, multi-line phone instruments, line-status monitors, computer modems, caller ID devices, voice-mail message-waiting light boxes.


MOVES AND CHANGES ORDER

How to order moves and changes:

Examples: Move 2667 from Tallent 238 to Tallent 182.
  Wire as line 3 of 3-line telephone:

  Extensions of 2667 appear in Tallent 222 and Tallent 230. They are to remain there.
  Install extension of 2222 in WYLL 182.

Basic Features

Cost: no charge
(Call transfer, three-way calling, consultation hold, 6-port conferencing, call hold, call-forwarding variable, speed-call 6) Ameritech automatically puts these features on every new line.

Call Forwarding - Busy Line

Cost: no charge
Automatically routes your call to another number when your lines are busy. Indicate in square(s) at right where line should forward.

Call Forwarding - Don't Answer

Cost: no charge
Automatically routes your call to another number when you don't answer your phone. Indicate in square(s) at right where line should forward and after how many rings.

Call Pick-Up

Cost: no charge
Dial 74 to pick up another ringing telephone in your area.

Directed Call Pick-Up

Cost: no charge
Dial 70 + the number of the ringing telephone you want to pick up.

Caller ID

Cost: $2.25/month + installation charge

Voice Mail

Cost: $2.50/month
Indicate in square(s) at right the number of times you want your phone to ring before it transfers to voice mail; and whether you want the option to "bail out" to a live person on 0. If you do, include that number.
