Bacardi controller, UWP grad is Exec.-In-Residence

Kim Adriano has had some prized corporate assignments since graduating in 1979 from UW-Parkside with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. After more than two decades at SC Johnson, working both in Racine and Great Britain, she currently serves as corporate controller for Bacardi Limited in Bermuda. She returns to campus Tuesday, Nov. 25, as this semester's School of Business and Technology Executive-in-Residence (EIR) to talk about her business experiences during a program titled: "Career Success 101: Eight basic principles you might not have learned in the Lecture Hall."

Kim began her career in public accounting, her area of specialization while here at UW-Parkside, and she is a Certified Public Accountant. She served in a number of management positions at SC Johnson during her 22 years at the consumer products giant rising to Vice President ? Corporate Controller. She recently joined Bacardi Limited, a privately held marketer of premium spirits based in Hamilton, Bermuda.

While on campus, Kim will make EIR presentations at 9:30 a.m. and at 11 a.m. in the Student Center Cinema. SBT Dean Fred Ebeid emphasized that these free programs are open to the entire student population as well as faculty and staff.
