Kraft Foods Senior VP is Exec.-in-Residence Apr. 9
The University of Wisconsin-Parkside School of Business and Technology welcomes senior level executive, author, and educator Perry Yeatman to campus April 9. Yeatman, who currently serves as Senior Vice President for Corporate Affairs at Kraft Foods, shares her wealth of global business experience with students, faculty, and staff as SBT's spring semester Executive-In-Residence.
At Kraft Foods, Yeatman is a key advisor to Chief Executive Officer Irene Rosenfeld and is one of the company's top 50 executives worldwide. Before joining Kraft, she served as a vice president of corporate affairs for Unilever, North America. Her corporate affairs expertise is further enhanced by the breadth of international experience gained from her 15 years working for leading global communications firms. From 1990-2000, Yeatman worked in more than 50 countries based first in Singapore, then Russia, and later the UK. In her various roles, she has served not only as a senior marketing communications and corporate affairs counselor but also as a general manager.
Yeatman is the award-winning co-author, with Stacie Berdan,of "Get Ahead by Going Abroad: A Woman's Guide to Fast-Track Career Success" (Harper Collins) and she is a featured blogger on The Huffington Post. In 2005, she served as an adjunct professor, teaching courses on globalization, ethics, and diversity.
Perry Yeatman presents two consecutive Executive-In-Residence sessions Thursday, April 9, at 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. in the Student Center Cinema. Both session are free and open to everyone.
