Domestic Applicants
To apply for admission to the UW-Parkside MBA program, the applicant must:
- Submit a completed application form and a $56 non-refundable application fee payable to UW-Parkside (Online application form)
- Request that all post-secondary institutions, other than UW-Parkside, attended send an official transcript
- Arrange for an official GMAT score to be sent directly to UW-Parkside using school code 1860
- Submit an updated resume that details your work history
- Submit two letters of recommendation (Recommendation form (PDF))
Application materials must be received by the following dates:
Fall admission August 1
Spring admission December 15
Summer admission April 15
