GBSAA Meeting Minutes from February 15, 2011

Talk about using the Snap-on item to sell for a profit/fundraiser was killed, per Dirks instruction.
We are 501c-3 so anyone who does an event for us can write off the event.
Jared to contact Parkside about space for the wine tasting April 9th and 16th, with a proposed third date of May 7th as the second choice. Adding beer this year to the tasting is being considered. Russel knows a beer seller. Jared knows a wine person. We get a percentage of the sales from the beer person. The wine person may or may not do this. Two bottles of wine of each type and a six pack of beer per how many. Lots of Beer co’s will come to fundraisers for nothing. This idea is being kicked around as a fundraiser for the future.
We’re shooting for 60-100 attendance this year.
