Graduate Business Student Alumni Association

Mission

The Graduate Business Student Alumni Association (GBSAA) seeks to provide a voice for current students, networking opportunities for alums, assist in recruitment, and serve as a fundraising tool for the MBA program.

Vision

The GBSAA will seek active individuals that will assist with establishing the association and promote future initiatives that are critical for maintaining the MBA program. To promote its role as an academic partner to the campus and community, they will provide an active and accessible network of individuals. The Officers will monitor their progress toward their goals through routine meetings and email communication.

Goals

  • Increase Enrollment in MBA Program - We would like to see the enrollment continue to expand for the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and plan to be an active part of that goal.
  • Provide Networking & Communication Outlets - We plan to provide alumnus and current students with the opportunities to visit with other alumni and University staff on a professional basis.
  • Raise University Awareness - We want to be involved in raising awareness in the community of the opportunities the University of Wisconsin-Parkside's MBA program can provide.
  • Raise Money for University MBA Program & GBSAA - We want play a part in making the University of Wisconsin-Parkside's MBA student experience the best it can be. We plan to become a fundraising source for the program as well as the University.
