Domestic Applicants

To apply for admission to the UW-Parkside MBA program, the applicant must:

1. Submit a completed application form and a $56 non-refundable application fee payable to UW-Parkside (Online application form)
2. Request that all post-secondary institutions, other than UW-Parkside, attended send an official transcript
3. Arrange for an official GMAT score to be sent directly to UW-Parkside using school code 1860
4. Submit an updated resume that details your work history
5. Submit two letters of recommendation (Recommendation form (PDF))

Application materials must be received by the following dates:

Fall admission             August 1
Spring admission        December 15
Summer admission     April 15
