To submit a Lab Software Review/Request Form to Campus Technology Services for processing, you need to complete the Lab Software Review/Request Form located on the above link and email it to campus.technology@uwp.edu. If you cannot access the Lab Software Review/Request Form, or have problems completing it or e-mailing it, please contact the Help Desk at 595-2444.
