Classroom Assistance

Audio Visual technicians are available to provide classroom assistance between 7:45 AM & 9:30 PM Monday - Thursday and until 4:30 on Fridays during the regular semester (7:45 AM - 4:30 PM during Interim Sessions). If immediate assistance is needed and you are unable to reach AV staff, please call the helpdesk @ 595-2444 between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, M-F.

When calling for assistance, the following information should be provided:

• Classroom location
• Description of problem
• If class is in session
• Your name and department/contact information

To report classroom audio visual problems outside of class, please contact A/V services by calling 595-2567 during regular office hours or send us an email at audiovis.tech@uwp.edu. Also, please remember to report audio visual issues as soon as possible.
