Eligibility

Audio Visual equipment is available to UW Parkside faculty, staff, and students. Reserved equipment must be used for UW Parkside related projects or events only. Reservations for personal use are not allowed. Items reserved for classroom instruction will be given highest priority.

Equipment Loan Period

Faculty / Staff

Items may be checked out for up to a maximum of 3 days. Reservation extension requests must be approved by corresponding Director or Department Chair. Authorized extensions may not exceed the maximum of one week.

Late Fee: A late fee will be charged back to the responsible department for each day that an item is overdue. After three days, the fee will double.


Faculty may authorize digital equipment reservations for an entire class by submitting a Digital Equipment - Course/Class Roster Authorization form.

Students

A/V Equipment, with the exception of Digital Camcorders, may be checked out for up to two hours with a valid Ranger ID. Reservations are preferred.

Damage or Loss

Users and/or authorizing deparments are responsible for replacing any damaged or lost CTS A/V equipment.
