A/V equipment is available by advance reservation and can be picked up from one of our specified office locations. Students are required to pick up and return reserved equipment themselves. It is extremely important to remember that the student who signs for the equipment is responsible for its safe and timely return. If a piece of equipment is given to another student to return and it happens to get damaged or lost, the student who signed for the reservation will be held responsible for repairs and/or replacement.

Student Requirements:

  1. Student must be currently enrolled at UW-Parkside
  2. Student must provide UW-Parkside Ranger ID
    Note: in some circumstances, we will allow a student to use a drivers license for identification. In the event current enrollment cannot be verified, a reservation may not be approved.
  3. Pick up reserved equipment within 30 minutes of scheduled time or equipment will be returned to reservation pool.
  4. Return equipment within 30 minutes of scheduled return date & time or A/V priveledges may be suspended.
    Note: Equipment more than 24 hours late may result in an academic hold. Once the equipment has been returned and is deemed to be in its original condition, the hold will be promptly removed.

      * 24 hour or Friday to Monday checkout - Faculty/Staff Authorization

    • Digital Still Camera
      * 2 to 4 hour checkout - Ranger ID
      * 24 hour or Friday to Monday checkout - Faculty/Staff Authorization

    • Digital Audio Recorder
      * 2 to 4 hour checkout - Ranger ID
      * 24 hour or Friday to Monday checkout - Faculty/Staff Authorization

    • Data Projector
      * 2 hour checkout (classroom use only) - Ranger ID

    • Document Camera
      * 2 to 4 hour checkout (classroom use only) - Ranger ID

    • Laptop
      * 2 hour checkout (classroom use only) - Ranger ID

    • TV w/DVD-VHS
      * 2 to 4 hour checkout (classroom use only) - Ranger ID

    • Portable Screen
      * 2 to 4 hour checkout (classroom use only) - Ranger ID

    • Phonograph

    • 16mm Film Projector
