Folder Migration Information

• CTS has prepared instructions for migrating your mail folders to Windows Live @uwp.edu


• You need to install the Winodws Live Mail desktop as described in our Live Desktop Installation Guide before using the migration guide.


• A limited number of copies of these guides will be available at the lab attendant stations in the Library and Molninaro Computer Labs.


• If you have a question about a specific folder migration problem you are having, please contact the help desk.


• For users with a more complex folder structure, or a larger volume of messages, there is an assisted migration option.


• This option will only be available for a limited time.


• Please use request this option only if you have critical messages in folders outside of your INBOX.


• Assistance requests will be processed in the order they are received, with priority given to students taking classes this semester.


• If all of the above applies, make your request for assistance.
