Microsoft File Conversion Utility
This is the automatic file conversion tool between Office 2003 and Office 2007 formats .
This conversion utility was installed on all UWP systems during the Migration process. Use the link below if you wish to install it on your home system. The Link will bring you to a page for downloading the Utility. Read and follow the instructions listed on the page for installing and using this utility.
NOTE: This utility requires that if you are using the 2003 version of Office that you update the version to the latest service pack available using the link referenced on the web page .
Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 File Formats
Microsoft Interactive Reference Tools for Office 2007:
If you have been a regular user of Office 2003 then this interactive reference tool is a MUST download which will show you where commands and functions from 2003 Versions of the 2007 Office Apps, can be found in 2007. The link will connect to a page where you can run the tool over the web for the selected application or download it to your system to allow you to run it while offline from the web (Recommended).

Install Microsoft’s “Save as PDF or XPS” add-in
To save or export a file to PDF or XPS, you must first install the Save as PDF or XPS add-in for the 2007 Microsoft Office system.
- Go to the Microsoft Save as PDF or XPS Add-in for 2007 Microsoft Office programs and follow the instructions on that page.
- After you install the Save as PDF or XPS add-in, you can export your file to PDF or XPS.
