Is it a Problem or a Service Request?
Is it a problem?
If your computer or software is not functioning as designed, it is a problem.
Examples:
- Computer won't boot up
- Obvious hardware problems(noises)
- Application freezes
- Can't access something that was accessible before
- Can't access network shares
- Can't log in
Is it a service request?
If it is one of the services listed below, please complete a
Service Request Form and email it to
servicedesk@uwp.edu. If you are unsure call the Service Desk.
- Hardware Installation
- Wiping Hard Drives for Surplus
- Network Installation
- Software Installs/Upgrades
- Training Requests
- Database Refreshes
- Network Server Access
- Organization Accounts Maintenance or Creation
