Registration

There is a separate registration for summer. The registration fee is $25.00. Four sessions are offered. The sessions are divided into four-week segments. NO FRIDAYS are available during Sessions II through IV. The forms are available only at the Center. Days and hours selected for each summer session must be the same. And changes will not be accommodated.

All children attending UW-Parkside Child Care Center & Preschool must be registered. The initial Registration/Enrollment Processing Fee of $50.00 will cover establishing enrollment. All registration fees must be paid at the time of registration and are non-refundable.
Parents will be able to enroll their children under one of the following agreements:
