Registration Instructions
- Pick up and complete the application forms at your convenience. The application forms are available at the center or can be found on-line by going to our forms page when you click here. Application forms will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Bring the application forms, along with the registration fee to the Child Care Center Main Office.
- Letters are sent to families confirming enrollment. If parents want any schedule changes, those must be done in writing.
- For families with a child on the waiting list, the family will be notified if space becomes available.
