Nov. 2: STATE AND COUNTY GOVERNMENTS AND YOU

By Kenosha County Executive Jim Kreuser.  Mr. Kreuser received his B.A. in Political Science from UW-Parkside in 1986.  This lecture will be about the intricacies of state and county government, drawing on fifteen years in the state legislature and county government.  Mr. Kreuser will also discuss the role of citizens in government..

 

Nov. l6: NAMI:  THE VOICE OF MENTAL ILLNESS

This presentation includes an introduction to NAMI and a review of the following NAMI Programs: “In our Own Voice,” Family to Family, CIT, Community Efforts (Advocacy, Education and Support,) Bridges Community Center, Our Stories, and Q & A.
