By Kenosha County Executive Jim Kreuser. Mr. Kreuser received his B.A. in Political Science from UW-Parkside in 1986. This lecture will be about the intricacies of state and county government, drawing on fifteen years in the state legislature and county government. Mr. Kreuser will also discuss the role of citizens in government..
