Community Partners: A Win-Win Relationship
Mentor Kenosha & Racine must have the support of Community Partners in Kenosha and Racine
Counties if a thriving mentoring community is going to be built. Community partners can provide assistance by recruiting mentors, raising awareness of the benefits of mentoring, and financially supporting the mentoring community.
The types of Community Partners that we seek include:
- Businesses and corporations
- Faith-based organizations and communities
- Educational institutions
- Service and civic organizations
- Public officials and civil servants
How does the Partnership work?
Mentor Kenosha & Racine provides Community Partners with the tools they need to help motivate employees and members to become mentors. Training opportunities are provided for mentors throughout the year.
The benefits of becoming a Community Partner include:
- Enhancing your image and visibility in the community
- Providing employees or members with unique opportunities for personal growth, skills development and civic engagement
- Developing a sense of civic pride and loyalty among stakeholders
