Open Computer Lab. The Kenosha County Job Center has a computer lab that is open to the public for self-directed computer skills training (lab assistant on duty). 1st Steps to Starting Your Own Business. The Small Business Development Center periodically conducts a basic overview class for entrepreneurs planning to start a new business.
