AmeriCorps*VISTA Host Site ApplicationsAt this time we are accepting AmeriCorps* VISTA host site RENEWAL applications for those sites on the November cycle. Review of applications will begin on June 13, 2008 . Through our AmeriCorps*VISTA grant Wisconsin Campus Compact places 35 AmeriCorps* VISTA members throughout the state at Wisconsin Campus Compact member host institutions and their community partners. AmeriCorps*VISTAs spend a year of service on a college campus or community organization in Wisconsin collaborating with students, faculty, staff and community partners, supporting community service and service-learning programs, developing strong campus-community partnerships focusing on anti-poverty outcomes, and improving access to college for low-income people.
