How do I print two pages per piece of paper (twoup)?

On Windows, in the print dialog, click the "Properties…" button or "Printer Properties" link. Then click on the "Finishing" tab. Then under "Document Options" set "Pages per Sheet" to "2 pages per sheet".

On Unix, in the print dialog, click the "Page Setup" tab. Then, next to "Pages per side:" select "2". This may not work on applications that do not use the standard print dialog (such as Adobe Reader).
