Earn national certification as a NCDA Career Development Facilitator (CDF). CDF is designed for professionals who assist individuals and groups with career exploration, job search preparation, and resources. CDF is a nationally recognized, highly regarded credential that focuses on 12 career development competencies; emphasizing: helping skills, labor market information and resources, assessment, diverse populations, ethical and legal issues, career development models, employability skills, training clients and peers, program management/implementation, promotion and public relations, technology, and consultation. 120 hours of professional development - comprised of 96 hours of eLearning and 24 hours of live video conferencing (Skype and other remote interfaces).  Includes optional coaching module.
