You must register with Disability Services to receive accommodations and services. Not yet registered? All prospective students should contact or call (262)595-2610 (V/TTY).

All students of Disability Services (DS) that have a physical disability may use a campus locker. The student must complete an authorization form from Dr. Kirby and then go to Student Health and Counseling for a final confirmation each semester in order to use these lockers. If you have any questions regarding this policy please call (262)595-2366.

Note: Student Health and Counseling is located on the east side of the Tallent Hall Parking Lot.
