Getting Started: How to Receive Accommodations

Students requesting academic accommodations through the Disability Services Office must be admitted to the University and meet with the Coordinator prior to the provision of any services. Schedule an appointment by calling 262-595-2372 or 262-595-2610 to share information about the nature of the disability, the requested accommodations, and Disability Services' policies regarding documentation and provision of services.

The University of Wisconsin System and University of Parkside policies require Disability Services to have on file documentation before any services are provided. Typical documentation should be by a qualified individual in the field of your disability (physician, psychologist or psychiatrist).
