Rangers in Action: I.D.E.A. Leadership Champion Award

Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accountability

Purpose: The University of Wisconsin-Parkside's Rangers in Action: I.D.E.A. (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accountability) Leadership Champion Award, sponsored by the Office of Diversity and Inclusion and the Inclusive Excellence Committee, aims to recognize individuals who cultivate and build community at UW-Parkside. The Office of Diversity and Inclusion seeks to gather information and increase awareness about programs and initiatives dedicated to inclusion, diversity, equity, and accountability. The Award recognizes twenty-five individuals dedicated to making the University of Wisconsin-Parkside a place where diversity efforts are intentionally integrated into the core aspects of our campus in order to maximize the success of our stakeholders.

Description: The Rangers in Action: I.D.E.A. (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accountability) Leadership Champion Award promotes and recognizes those individuals who dedicate themselves to making UW-Parkside a community where inclusion, diversity, equity, and accountability are embraced, trusted and valued. These remarkable individuals will be featured on the Rangers in Action: I.D.E.A Leadership Champion Award posters, which will be displayed throughout campus, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion website, and will be acknowledged throughout the academic year.

Criteria: Candidates must be nominated; any current UW-Parkside faculty, staff, or student may be nominated. Nominations may be submitted by faculty, staff, students, and alumni. Self nominations are encouraged.
