Stormwater detention pond project

Starting October 26, 2010, earth moving equipment will begin excavating on the SE corner of our campus (Directly south of our Soccer complex).  Oaks Excavating has been contracted to  construct two detention ponds to meet our Wisconsin Stormwater Permit requirement of 40% Total Suspended Solids (TSS) reduction.

The project’s excavated  fill will create a five acre restored prairie area for our Biology classes to study.  The project will be completed by mid December.
