The University of Wisconsin-Parkside offers several renewable financial aid programs for non-residents. The awards may cover up to the full out-of-state portion of tuition charges. Awards are given on a first-come, first-served basis. Funding is limited.
Midwest Student Exchange Program
All students from Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota are eligible for 150% of resident tuition. Minnesota students are charged tuition fees based on MN/WI reciprocity agreement.
Out-of-State Phi Theta Kappa Scholar Award*
Transfer: Graduated with AA or AS from an accredited Community college.
Member in good standing of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society (membership must be verified).

Out-of-State Distinguished Scholar*
New Freshmen: ACT 26 or above or unweighted GPA of 3.25 or above
