Congratulations on your admission to the University of Wisconsin - Parkside! We look forward to you joining our campus community. College is an exciting and challenging time. Our orientation program will help you to lay the foundation for both your personal and academic success.

Ranger Days (Orientation and Registration) is a one-day program that gives each student the opportunity to interact in meaningful ways with faculty and other students as you create your first semester schedule of classes and prepare for your first day as a Ranger. Because we want you to be successful, all new incoming students and transfer students with fewer than 24 credits are REQUIRED to participate in Ranger Days. The University encourages parents and guests to attend as well. There is a SEPARATE program for parents/guests of new students.

At Ranger Days, you will:

• Meet current UW-P students, faculty and staff
• Meet with an academic advisor to schedule classes for the fall semester
• Get your Ranger One Card (student ID) photo taken
• Get information about Financial Aid, Housing, etc…
• Learn more about university expectations, requirements and services (get your specific questions answered!)
